Nowadays Sushi is considered as the most popular Japanese dish.
You can find Japanese restaurants anywhere in the world and most of them offer Sushi.
However, many non-Japanese sushi chefs have never had access to the wealth of sushi expertise found in Japan,
or had the opportunity to taste true sushi prepared by veteran Japanese chefs.
To change this situation and provide an opportunity to learn "Sushi hygiene and the basic skills of making
Sushi", Sushi Skills Institute Committee will offer a lecture and a certification examination with the support
from Mr. Hiroaki Yamazaki and Mr. Tsutomu Shimamiya.
